Eggs in Cream

Typically, we fry eggs in butter, and after all butter comes from cream! Imagine the possibilities of other things cooked in cream instead of butter. Flavor your cream with herbs, zest or anything you desire. This twist feels unexpected and high end!


Grab your skillet of choice and while cold, add enough cream to cover the bottom and your eggs. Sprinkle with salt to taste.


Turn heat to medium high. When the egg whites are almost cooked, remove from heat and cover to finish cooking, about a minute.


Excellent served with fresh sourdough.
