As the land we work changes hands and generations we focus not only on how to sustainably operate but also on how to regenerate the land for future generations.

Founded in 2016, Kollasch Family Farms has been providing organically fed beef, pastured pork & poultry and eggs with the intent to create a sound local food system while healing conventional farmland.
Our certified organic crops provide a resource for local farms to offer the highest quality nutrient dense feeds to their livestock.
